Property Management &

Key Holding

  • Weekly property checks when the property is vacant to comply with insurance requirements
  • Security/Damage:  check property is secure and  ensure no internal/external incidents/problems have occurred
  • Post:  Forward mail as required
  • Rubbish:  Ensure all rubbish/waste has been removed from property.
  • Repairs/maintenace:  arrange for repairs/maintenance to be carried out when necessary
  • Key holding: Liaise with other service providers/visitors that may require access

Housekeeping

 

  • Professional regular cleaning arranged to suit individual requirements and can be offered on a daily or weekly basis
  • Helping with everyday household duties such as making beds, sorting laundry, ironing and any cleaning as required

CHange over Cleans

Holiday home changeover can be tailor made to suit individual requirements. 

  • Full cleans are carried out after the departure of guests and cleaned to a very high standard ready for the arrival of the next guests.
  • Collection/delivery of linen to laundry
  • Arranging linen hire  (if clients do not wish to use own)
  • Welcome packs can be arranged as required.

*Mid stay cleans and linen/towel exchanges can also be arranged.

Refresh Service

Refresh cleans can be carried out when a property has been vacant for a period of time to ensure everything remains just so.  This can typically involve:

  • Turn heating on/open windows to air
  • Dust/vacuum
  • Freshen bathrooms/kitchen
